Employee Satisfaction Surveys
It is important for management to understand the company and corporate culture from an employee standpoint.  Employee satisfaction surveys are beneficial because they can quickly gather a wealth of information about employee perceptions and opinions which provide management an opportunity to gauge company strengths and weaknesses.
Employees can be asked to rate their satisfaction with:
1) Their working environment;
2) the company culture;
3) management practices, policies and general leadership abilities; and
4) specific company operational issues.
