Employee Satisfaction Surveys
It is important for management to understand the company and corporate culture from an employee standpoint.  Employee satisfaction surveys are beneficial because they can quickly gather a wealth of information about employee perceptions and opinions which provide management an opportunity to gauge company strengths and weaknesses.
