Leadership Development Program & Successor Manager Development Program
Tamarron has designed a Leadership Development Program for individuals presently in key leadership roles within alcohol beverage wholesale operations ("candidates"). The primary purpose of this program is to prepare qualified candidates to assume the role of General Manager within an alcohol beverage operation. The curriculum is designed to enhance the skill and knowledge base of current general managers or those with equivalent experience. This comprehensive training program is customized for each candidate based on individual needs and experience. The program's objective is to impart the knowledge and ability to effectively manage day-to-day as well as strategic activities of an alcohol beverage wholesale operation.
Tamarron has also developed a training program targeted toward preparing line of succession candidates to assume leadership roles within alcohol beverage wholesale operations. Fundamentally, the Successor Manager Development Program's objective is to impart the knowledge and ability for candidates to effectively manage day-to-day as well as strategic activities of an alcohol beverage wholesale operation.
Tamarron's role is to assess the candidate, determine existing gaps, and develop a customized training program that maximizes the candidate's potential for success. Tamarron also facilitates the programs, participates in training sessions, provides advice and counsel, reviews the candidate's learnings, determines each candidate's readiness, and provides final certification. Tamarron's experience in facilitating supplier-sponsored key manager development programs, as well as its positive working relationships with the majority of alcohol beverage suppliers and brewers, make Tamarron uniquely qualified to successfully develop and manage these programs.
